Team was super fast in responding on WhatsApp, easy booking. And service was amazing & professional. Booked for 3 wall mount + 1 cassette aircond service. Hassan arrived on time, incl free 20psi gas for each aircond but since our aircond hasn’t been service in. Even provide some extra top up for free. Done within 2hours. Fast and efficient. Initially there was a hiccup in understanding what I needed (w customer service over whatsapp) ie a totally new air-conditioning unit but once the technicians arrived, everything was sorted. They recommended 2 types based on my room requirements, arranged for new one to be delivered, then installed the unit and took away the old one. Very efficient and good service. Highly recommend.
